Establishment of the Department of Diversity & Inclusion
The Diversity Promotion Office, which was set up under the Human Resources Department of Morita Holdings Corporation on April 1, 2016, shares the diversity-related issues that each group company faces, and draws up various systems.
Basic Policy on Diversity Management
The Morita Group is committed to diversity management as part of its management strategies to yield desired results.
The purpose of what we regard as diversity management is not only to increase the diversity of employees.
Our commitment is not solely for promotion of the enrichment of welfare programs or fulfillment of our corporate social responsibilities, either.
We work on it with the aim of desirable results being produced by ensuring that employees can work actively with their abilities brought out to a maximum extent.
