Introduced holding company through a spin-off, changing the name of MORITA CORPORATION to MORITA HOLDINGS CORPORATION, and assigning the fire fighting vehicles business to MORITA CORPORATION, the disaster prevention business to MORITA BOHSAI TECH CORPORATION and the environmental business to MORITA ENVIRONMENTAL TECH CORPORATION.
