Factory facilities

[Rough road]
The total length is 52m. This uneven road has 768 bumps with a diameter of 13cm and a height of 5cm. Various running tests are performed under unfavorable conditions, such as impact, vibration, and twisting.

[Uphill road]
The total length is 20m, the width is 6m, and a maximum angle of gradient is 26.6°. Vehicles are tested to see whether they can climb from the front and the back and that the brake works or not.

[Roll-over angle-measuring device]
With a total length of 9m, a width of 3.5m, and a maximum load of 44tons, a tilt measurement up to 40° is available, ensuring safety when driving.

[Pump test station]
Using measuring devices and computer programs, we can conduct a performance test of 10 pumps simultaneously. The water is supplied from the tank, and used in circulation.

[Test operation field]
We perform operation tests of completed vehicles, water/foam discharge, and forming tests. Dirty water is stored in the 100-㎥ underground tank and then disposed of properly; this is an environmentally friendly facility.

[Driving test road]
The total length is 200m. We perform driving tests and brake tests of all vehicles.

How a Ladder Truck is made

1. Arrival of the Chassis
Base chassis arrives.

2. Mounting of structure and body
We attach the frame to the chassis and mount the body to it.

3. Mounting of gyro turntable and support frame
After mounting the gyro turntable that turns the ladder and automatically keeps the ladder horizontal, we mount the ladders' support frame for loading ladders.

4. Loading of ladders
We load ladders on the vehicle.

5. Tests by a third-party organization
After the in-house inspection, such as a test operation and adjustment of the ladder system, the vehicle is evaluated by a third-party organization.

6. Completion
