Non-burnable bulky wastes including discarded steel furniture, bicycles and electrical home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators and TVs are roughly crushed by a pre-shredder and then further crushed into small pieces by a shredder. These crushed pieces are mechanically separated into steel, aluminum, plastic, other recyclables and drainage. The crashed steel and aluminum have high-purity, high-density homogeneous grains that can be very easily recycled. The plant features stable operation with extremely low risk of explosion.
