High Cutting Power in Spite of the Compactness
New Guillo (Scrap shear) is the leading-edge model developed by thoroughly pursuing a new form of scrap processing machines. The machine features space-saving (compact) designs as well as high functionality and usability. For example, the power unit has been downsized. The unit can be installed under the feeding box, making it possible to install the machine on the foundation of a flat floor. Furthermore, the main component of the machinery has sensors, allowing operator to take immediate action in case of faults.
Features of New Guillo
The console uses a touch panel screen. Operating status and fault history of the machinery are displayed on the screen, improving maintenance ability. (*1)
The shear uses a single-edged cutter with an ultra-wide width of cut and outstanding cutting ability. The shear promises efficient cutting. (*2)
The material feeder is operated by a hydraulic motor. This drive system achieves smooth "feed" with lower impacts.
The machine uses a centering system that can optionally guide materials toward the center of the machine. This reasonable construction ensures even higher durability. Three automatic processing modes are available from which operator can select one suitable for the type of material. (*2)
