Fine Line(Licensed by SGM Magnetics)

A specific technology that values your fines and reduces your dumping fees!

The use of the Dynamic SRP before the high frequency ECS type VIS allows to not only recover sellable ferrous from your magnetic waste but also to improve the NF-Metals recovery yield on the high frequency ECS.

Dynamic ferrous separator type Dynamic SRP(Licensed by SGM Magnetics)

Your ASR magnetic waste contains valuable ferrous you can sell with your prime ferrous!

On wet or damp shredders with no aspiration, the magnetic waste fraction pulled out by your head pulley magnet represents typically between 20% and 40% in weight of your total ASR with 5% to 15% of it that is valuable ferrous.

We recommend the use of its Dynamic SRP before its high frequency ECS for fines in order to not only recover good ferrous from your magnetic waste but also improve the non-ferrous metal recovery yield on the high frequency ECS.

The Dynamic SRP has limitations in case of wet material.

High Frequency Eddy Current Separator type VIS(Licensed by SGM Magnetics)

Your fines ASR might be richer in metals than you think!

On wet or damp shredders with no aspiration, the fines ASR fraction(<12 mm or <20mm) typically represents between 35 and 50% in weight of your total ASR with a non-ferrous metal content that typically varies between 3 and 8%.

This high frequency ECS is designed to recover non-ferrous metals down to 1 mm in size and offers outstanding non-ferrous metal recovery performance with a concentration over 95%.

Concentric magnetics rotor for maximum magnetic energy and direct driver for maximum frequency (from 3000 to 4000 rpm).

We recommend to use specific ferrous separation before the high frequency separator in order to improve the non-ferrous metal recovery yield on the high frequency ECS and better protect it against ferrous damage exposure.

Air sensor separator type EMS(Licensed by SGM Magnetics)

Look for the percent of valuable metals left in the waste of your Eddy Current Separator!

Air sensor separator for stainless steel and all other metals missed by Eddy Current Separators.

Some metals are not sorted out by ECS either because they react very little to ECS (stainless steel, copper wires (specially the mangled ones), irony(= non-ferrous metals locked with ferrous pieces)) or because they simply enter within the error margin of the ECS.

Typically, the content of metals still present in the waste of ECS working on ASR coming off wet or damp shredders vary from 3 to 8 %.

To concentrate metals form less than 5% to more than 90% while not loosing on hourly tonnage capacity, two passes might be required either by re-looping the metals on the same EMS or by cascading two specific EMS. In the latter case, a first sensor aiming at optimising metal recovery (EMS-R, blowing air from top to bottom) bringing metal concentration from less than 5% to over 50% and, a second to further concentrate it over 90% (EMS-C, blowing air from bottom to top).

Eddy Current Separator type SIS(Licensed by SGM Magnetics)

... because metal recovery performance has become your first priority!

Unlike an eccentric rotor, the concentric rotor of the Our ECS results in more space for permanent magnet blocks (= more magnetic energy) which, combined with higher rotor RPM (= more magnetic frequency) provide superior metal recovery performance for your different targets of metal concentration.

Direct drive for maximum RPM (3000) of the rotor and protection of the bearings; massive frame and rotor support for maximum robustness; easy access to the inside of the ECS for friendly maintenance.

Ferrous drum magnet mounted on the ECS for rotor protection against burn through.

We offer outstanding recovery performance on aluminum long throw.
