Apr 1907 Shosaku Morita established the Fire protection Association and started production of disinfection pumps and fire extinguishers
Mar 1918 Established Morita Seisakusho Ltd in Minato-ku, Osaka City, with the capital investment of 1 million yen
Feb 1921 Set up Tokyo Sales Office (Currently Tokyo Head Office)
Jul 1932 Established Morita Gasoline Pump Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (Currently MORITA HOLDINGS CORPORATION)
Head office: 2-11 Uraeminami, Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka City
Factory: 5-17 Yakumo-cho,Minato-ku, Osaka City
Paid-in capital: 0.1 million yen
Oct 1932 Moved head office to the factory in Minato-ku, Osaka City
Nov 1933 Set up Fukuoka Sales Office (Currently Fukuoka Branch)
Nov 1933 Successfully manufactured Japan's first wooden-ladder truck

Jun 1945 Transferred head office and factory to the Ikuno Factory due to destruction of factory in Minato-ku, Osaka City in air raids
Oct 1949 Set up Sendai Sales Office (Currently Sendai Branch)
Apr 1950 Completed a fire truck with a 30m fully automatic metal ladder, the first unit of this type
Aug 1951 Transferred the head office to the present location (Currently Osaka Head Office)
Dec 1957 Successfully manufactured a fire truck with a 12m hydraulically operated ladder truck
Oct 1960 Completed an aerial platform truck in Japan (snorkel vehicle)

Mar 1965 Completed delivery of 114 chemical vehicles to the U.S. Army Procurement Bureau heightening its name domestically and internationally

Oct 2000 Developed and started selling "Live Catch,"a vehicle mounted imaging and transmission system
Jan 2001 Moved the Tokyo Branch from Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku to Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku
Feb 2001 Developed and started selling an articulated ladder truck whose terminal can refract up to 90 degrees
Apr 2001 Developed and started selling "MAF-30A," a new high-speed chemical fire truck for airports
